Today was a good day. Started off a little high 200 but had forgotten my shot last night, by breakfast I was back to normal and doing great. I can tell so much difference now that I have taken bread and anything that is not a natural sugar example: raw honey, Stevia (raw sugar) and fruit. I cannot tell you how quick this has impacted my numbers and how I feel. I'm not sluggish. Hope this helps you.
